In the act of turning to the sun, wild sunflowers remind me that we have the ability to turn and move our attention to what nourishes our bodies. Their bright yellow petals fill the landscape with vivid color and their sweetness brights home various insects. I have selected seeds from the tallest sunflowers growing up to 7ft tall. Seeds were collected on zone 9 and 10.
